Poker History Marcus is the successful stand-up comedian who got hooked on poker. He has played daily since the summer of 2005, mostly online. Marcus likes tournaments just as much as cashgames. This year, he really has been showing good tournament form, and it has become obvious that he – maybe with the help of his acting talent – can become a real threat against the established professionals.
Other Facts Most Swedes recognize Marcus as a stand-up comedian and actor. We saw him in the TV show DUBBAT, which aired on SVT 1 during spring 2008. He participated as a comedian and team leader with a group of other Swedish comedians. In July 2008, he starred in the TV4 series “Det sociala spelet” (The Social Game). During his earlier career, he starred in shows such as Mäklarna (The Brokers), Stockholm live, Robins and Hjälp (Help). He made his cinema debut in 2000, having one of the leading rolls in the thriller Det Okända (The Unknown).
