Russell Carson is a Poker player from Canada. Russell came onto the poker scene when he came second in the ‘second chance tournament on pokerstars taking home $26k that same day he came 3rd in the Full tilt Poker $1 million cashing an additional $83,000. One week later Russell won the ‘Grand Tournament’ on Mansion poker taking $141,000 and then just a few hours later chopped the $200 rebuy at Pokerstars taking another $39,000.
Over a 24 hour period Russell had amassed over $180,000 after the previous week $110,000 in cashes, due to this he quickly earned full respect of his peers.
After Proving himself online Russell entered the EPT Snowfest in 2010 and Managed to secure 2nd place, earning him a cool $401,350. This being his biggest career win. He has cashed in a few the mainstream tournaments such as WSOP and EPT side events between 2006 and now.
Russell’s poker game continues to grow and he is now determined to claim back his top 10 ranking online as well as aiming to dominate the live scene.
