Luca started his career in the financial world, as account manager in
one of the most important Italian banks and at the age of 28 he moved
to Roatan, a little island in the Caribbean’s, where with a group of
friends he built up an hotel and running it for 5 years. During these
years, in the middle of 90's, he started travelling to Vegas where he
got to learn and love poker.
In 1999 Luca returned to Italy where he opened a representation and
marketing office for tourism companies. When Texas Holdem began to
spread in Italy, in 2005, Luca worked with both Assopoker, the first
and most popular Italian website and forum and Card Player Italy. At
the begining of 2009 he organized and coordinated poker tournaments in
Italy, as well as staging Mediterranean poker cruises.
