player from Canada. Russell, is a fantastic online poker player,
where he started. Russell came onto the poker scene when he came
second in the 'second chance tournament on pokerstars taking home
$26k. that same day he came 3rd in the Full tilt Poker $1 million
cashing an additional $83,000.
One week later Russell won the 'Grand
Tournament' on Mansion poker taking $141,000 and then just a few
hours later chopped the $200 rebuy with Pokerstars taking $39,000.
Over a 24 hour period Russell had
amassed over $180,000 and after the prevues weeks taking of $110,000
he quickly earned full respect of his peers.
After Proving himself online Russell
entered the EPT Snowfest in 2010 and Managed to secure 2nd place,
earning him a cool $401,350. This being his biggest career win. He
has cashed in a few the mainstream tournaments such as WSOP side
event and cashed in a few EPT events between 2006 and 2009.
Russell's poker game continues to grow
and he is now determined to claim back his top 10 ranking online as
well as aiming to dominate the live scene.
