Poker History Marc has been involved in poker, on a professional basis for over 10 years, starting as a consultant for Playtech (Ipoker) in its infancy through to its launch. Through one of its affiliates, USA poker, Marc began life on the tour as a professional poker player. He had immediate succes coming second n the Heads Up tournament, Barcelona followed by a third to Phil Ivey in The Monte Carlo Millions for over $300k.
Marc was also head of mentoring for Bad Beat and responsible for aquiring its main sponsors and bringing many players to its online activities. Marc was also responsible for corporate entertainment involving casino and online players throughout his poker life, both in Europe and the USA.
He recently came second in Barcelona EPT for over 600k Euro, and has featured on over TEN front covers of poker magazines and appeared on the hit BBC prime time TV series Hotel Babylon, playing himself. Marc also has invites to almost every TV tournament and cash game, appearing on Sky and terrestial TV on a regular basis, guaranteeing excellent coverage through all forms of media for potential sponsors.
Marc has won in excess of $2 million in live events plus winning European Rankings 2008 and the GUKPT player of the year and the GUKPT rankings. He has also come second in two major TV tournaments, The European Open and The British Open.
